Abd-Al-Rahman Julani é um artista visual palestino, designer gráfico e professor de artes. A obra de Julani geralmente se concentra em encontrar seu espaço pessoal na política de identidade e em questões mais amplas envolvendo a humanidade. Trabalhou em temas como restrição de movimento e relação entre o corpo e a cidade. Para expressar a sua arte, Abdo Julani  se utiliza de diversos meios, como vídeo, fotografia, escultura e o que é conhecido como "vídeo escultural”. Abd-Al-Rahman Julani is a Palestinian visual artist, graphic designer and arts teacher. Julani’s artwork often focuses on finding his personal space in the politics of identity and the question of humanity. He has worked on themes such as restriction of movement and the relation between the body and the city. ALBA REFULGENTE (b.1994, Spain/Espanha)

Estudou Belas Artes na Universidade de Barcelona, ​​onde concluiu seus estudos com um mestrado em criação artística, ambos com menção honrosa. Atualmente, além de fazer um doutorado tendo o jogo como meio artístico, também na Universidade de Barcelona, com a bolsa FPU para jovens pesquisadores, ensina várias disciplinas de processos esculturais. Seu trabalho artístico nasce da vida cotidiana no que se refere a relação da população com seus objetos. Trabalha, ainda, com brinquedos encontrados no lixo. Alba, em 2018, foi contemplada com o prêmio Werner Töni ou a Microresidencia no Cuauht de Azuqueca. Ela trabalha permanentemente no Espaço U Arts de Chengdu (China) e La Doce de Boiro (Corunha, Espanha). É curadora da exposição NEGOCIO da III Buit Blanc no CC, vencedora de Las Cigarreras de Alicante (2018). 

She studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, where she completed her studies with a master's degree in artistic creation, both with an honorable mention. She is currently doing a PhD on the game as an artistic medium in the same University with the FPU scholarship for young researchers and teaches several subjects of sculptural processes in it. Her artistic work is born from everyday life, between the relationship of the population with their objects. She is currently working with toys found in the trash. She has been awarded with several prizes such as the Werner Töni or the Microresidencia in the Cuauht of Azuqueca. She has permanent work at the U Arts Space of Chengdu (China) and La Doce de Boiro (A Coruña, Spain). She is curator of the NEGOCIO exhibition winner of the III Buit Blanc at the CC Las Cigarreras de Alicante (2018).

Babu Idade: 46 onde nasceu: Angola Vive e trabalha: Coimbra Babu, desde muito cedo se apaixonou pela pintura. Estudou desenho industrial no Centro de Formação e Tecnologia Manauto em Luanda. Já em Portugal, aprofundou o seus estudos em artes, desenvolvendo obras em diversas linguagens visuais. Como artista visual, dentre as inúmeras ações de que participou, vale citar o Projeto Museus no Centro, em Coimbra.Tem participado, ainda, de exposições individuais, colectivas e residência artísticas em diversos países. Atualmente, desenvolve o projeto de investigação artística “Memória e Identidade”, onde reflete e materializa grandes questões da história da África na sua relação com o mundo e a relação colono/colonizado. As suas obras estão presentes em coleções públicas e privadas em Angola e outros países. Babu, from a very early age, fell in love with painting. He studied industrial design at the Manauto Training and Technology Center in Luanda. In Portugal, he deepened his studies in the arts, developing works in different visual languages. DANIELA LUCATO (b.1983, Germany / Alemanha)

Daniela Lucato começou a fazer teatro em Pádua (Itália), paralelamente aos seus estudos na universidade. Depois de se formar em Filosofia, mudou-se para Roma, Wellington e, finalmente, Berlim, onde trabalha como atriz / cineasta. The Birthday (2014), seu primeiro curta-metragem escrito / dirigido em mandarim / inglês, foi oficialmente selecionado em 25 festivais internacionais (entre os quais Micgenero, Frameline, ShanghaiPride, onde o filme também foi indicado para a melhor fotografia). Em 2015, fundou a Connecting Fingers Company. Suas últimas produções para teatro são: Connecting Fingers e The Wheel, The rebellious Body. Seus últimos filmes, Quando danço (2016) e The Wheel (2017), estão sendo exibidos em festivais internacionais de cinema. Por enquanto (2018), recebeu o prêmio de melhor curta-metragem internacional no DUAF / Tribeca Film Center. Em 2019, ela escreveu / dirigiu o curta-metragem experimental Vieni e o curta narrativo Mamma dorme (a mamãe está dormindo). Atualmente, ela está trabalhando no desenvolvimento do roteiro de seu primeiro longa-metragem e em um documentário criativo. 

Daniela Lucato started playing theatre in Padua (Italy) parallel to her studies at the university. After her degree in Philosophy she moved to Rome, Wellington and finally Berlin where she works as an actress/filmmaker. The Birthday (2014), her first short film written/directed in mandarin/english language, has been officially selected from 25 international festivals (among these Micgenero, Frameline, ShanghaiPride where the film was also nominated for the best cinematography). In 2015 she founded Connecting Fingers Company. Her last productions for theatre are Connecting Fingers, The Wheel, The rebellious Body. Her last films When I dance (2016),The Wheel (2017) are screening on international film festivals. For the time being (2018) received the award as best international short film at DUAF/ Tribeca Film Center. In 2019 she wrote/directed the experimental short film Vieni and the narrative short Mamma dorme (Mommy’s sleeping). She is now working on the script development of her first feature film and of a creative documentary. 

DIMITRA BOURITSA (b.1989, Greek / Grécia)

Bouritsa Dimitra estudou arquitetura na Universidade Técnica Nacional de Atenas, de 2006 a 2012. Em 2013, cursa o mestrado em Escultura na Academia Real de Belas Artes de Bruxelas, Bélgica. Em 2010, forma-se no Laboratório de Cenografia de Atenas, em Maria Chaniotaki. Em junho de 2015 participa da missão grega do Centro Helênico do Instituto Internacional de Teatro (HCITI), na Exposição Internacional de Cenografia e Performance de Praga (Quadrienal de Praga 2015). Desde outubro de 2015 a 2020, estuda pintura na Escola de Belas Artes de Atenas. Em outubro de 2018, faz um estágio no Teatro Nacional da Grécia, trabalhando para a peça 'Hoje à noite improvisamos' de Luigi Pirandello. Entre 2018 - 2020, realiza exposições individuais e participa de inúmeras coletivas.  

Bouritsa Dimitra studied architecture in the National Technical University of Athens, from 2006 to 2012. In 2013 she followed Master course in Sculpture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Brussels, Belgium. In 2010 she graduated of the Laboratory of Scenography Athens of Maria Chaniotaki.In June 2015 she took part with the Greek mission of the Hellenic Centre of the International Theatre Institute (HCITI) in the International Exhibition of Scenography and Performance of Prague (Prague Quadrennial 2015). Since October 2015 to 2020 she studied painting in Athens School of Fine Arts. In October 2018 she made an internship in the National Theater of Greece working for the play ‘Tonight we improvise’ of Luigi Pirandello’s. She had her first solo exhibition in October 2018 and has participated in several group shows. 

ELLEN MAIORANO (b.1983, Australia / Austrália)

Ellen Maiorano é uma artista multidisciplinar que trabalha com vídeo, performance e instalação. Seus trabalhos foram apresentados como parte do Hackney WickED, Melbourne Fringe Festival; Gertrude Street Projection Festival e Melbourne Underground Film Festival. A artista desenvolve uma narrativa pessoal que foca na emoção e na interação humana - as conexões frágeis que nos constroem e nos quebram - explorando tanto o cinismo, quanto uma esperança subjacente.
 

Ellen Maiorano is a Melbourne-born, Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist working in video, performance and installation. Her works have been presented as part of Hackney WickED, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Gertrude Street Projection Festival and Melbourne Underground Film Festival. Often stemming from a personal narrative, her work focuses on human emotion and interaction - the fragile connections that build and break us - exploring both a cynicism and an underlying hope.

FELIPE BITTENCOURT (b.1987, Brasil / Brazil)

Artista Visual, bacharel em Artes Visuais pelo Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo, 2007, com especialização em Fotografia pela Escola Panamericana de Arte e Design, 2010. Atua principalmente com performance e vídeo, utilizando também o desenho como linguagem-base de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de seus trabalhos, além do uso da fotografia na exploração do espaço urbano e de seu próprio corpo. Em suas obras, investiga o limite físico e como possibilidade poética questionando o corpo enquanto suporte artístico em manipulações digitais. Suas obras foram apresentadas em diferentes festivais e instituições, como Videobrasil (2015 / 2011) Verbo,
Galeria Vermelho, São Paulo (2013); Paço das Artes, São Paulo (2013); Museu Brasileiro da Escultura, São Paulo (2011); Arte Pará, Belém, Brasil (2008 – Prêmio Aquisição); entre outros. Participou também de residências na Fundação Joaquim Nabuco, Recife (2014) e na Red Bull House of Art, São Paulo (2011).

Visual Artist, BA in Visual Arts from the Centro Universitário Belas Artes of São Paulo, 2007, with a specialization in Photography from the Panamerican School of Art and Design, 2010. He works mainly with performance and video, also using drawing as a base language for research and development of his works, in addition to the use of photography in the exploration of urban space and his own body. In his works, he investigates the physical limit and as a poetic possibility by questioning the body as an artistic support in digital manipulations. His works were presented at different festivals and institutions, such as Videobrasil (2015/2011) Verbo, Galeria Vermelho, São Paulo (2013); Paço das Artes, São Paulo (2013); Brazilian Museum of Sculpture, São Paulo (2011); Arte Pará, Belém, Brazil (2008 - Acquisition Award); among others. He also participated in residences at the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation, Recife (2014) and at the Red Bull House of Art, São Paulo (2011).

FRANCISCA SOUZA (b.1992, Portugal)

Pesquisa artística de Francisca Sousa concentra-se em questões íntimas e sociais tais como a violência, o sexo e o corpo submisso. Sexualidade e disciplina são conceitos essenciais ao seu trabalho, onde pintura, ilustração e performance se cruzam e criam uma linguagem própria. Francisca Sousa é licenciada em Artes Plásticas - Pintura pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto e foi, durante um programa de estudos em Londres, na Central Saint Martins, em 2012, que descobriu o seu interesse pelo vídeo, pela performance art e pela superação dos modelos bidimensionais clássicos. Estes novos interesses levaram à conclusão de um mestrado em Arte Multimédia, na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, em 2016, com a dissertação “Soft Violence - linguagem e metamorfose”.

Francisca Sousa's artistic research focuses on intimate and social issues such as violence, sex and submissive body. Sexuality and discipline are essential concepts for her work, where painting, illustration and performance intersect and create their own language. Francisca Sousa has a degree in Fine Arts - Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto and, during a study program in London, at Central Saint Martins, in 2012, she discovered her interest in video, performance art and overcoming classic two-dimensional models. These new interests led to the conclusion of a master's degree in Multimedia Art, at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon, in 2016, with the dissertation “Soft Violence - language and metamorphosis”.

IVANI PEDROSA (b.1956, Brasil/Brazil)

Graduada pela Escola Nacional de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1995). Ela Participa de um workshop internacional de arte em Londres em 1994 e nos anos de 1996 a 2007, frequenta cursos da Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage, Rio de Janeiro. Atualmente, ministra aulas de pintura, mantém um grupo de estudos com artistas visuais e desenvolve trabalhos em fotografia colaborativa. Começa a expor os seus trabalhos em 1999, no Museu Nacional de Belas Artes, Rio de Janeiro, participando, na sequência, de coletivas pelo país e faz sua primeira individual em 2004. Em 2010 é indicada ao 1º Prêmio PIPA, Prêmio IP de Arte/MAM, RJ. Outro viés do trabalho desenvolvido pela artista, são as intervenções espaciais,  como ‘Construtiva X’ de 2008, apresentada na exposição internacional ‘Las Americas Latinas. Las fatigas del querer’, exibida no Spazio Oberdan, Milão, Itália. É reepresentada por Martha Pagy Escritório de Arte. 

Graduated from the National School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1995). Currently, she teaches painting classes, maintains a study group with visual artists and develops collaborative photography. Em 2011 ganha uma bolsa Erasmus em Dresden (Hochschule para Bildende Künste Dresden), vindo a se formar em 2012 como artista gráfico pela Universidade Húngara de Artes Plástica. No ano seguinte, se torna professor de artes plásticas pela mesma universidade. Atualmente, participa do Budapest Art Programa de mentores, que busca, através de processos de gestão, com a ajuda de artistas profissionais, ocupar lacunas na Hungria. Desde 2015, KristofLab - Kristóf Szabó é membro do Projeto Zigurate, que experimenta várias colaborações de co-arte, sobretudo nos países V4 (Hungria, Polónia, República Checa e Eslováquia) e na Noruega. O trabalho do artista se concentra principalmente em dois temas: a pedra angular da identidade do homem e seu ambiente de vida. A sensibilidade social é uma base crucial para o agrupamento de perguntas sobre esses conceitos. Abrange tópicos como alienação, auto-imagem, distorção e problemas ecológicos. As interações visuais que aparecem em suas instalações, pinturas e projetores, criam um relacionamento real com o observador e, geralmente, geram um espaço especial para experiências.

In 2011 he won an Erasmus scholarship in Dresden (Hochschule for Bildende Künste Dresden), graduating in 2012 as a graphic artist from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. The following year, he became a professor of fine arts at the same university. Currently, he participates in the Budapest Art Mentoring Program, which seeks, through management processes, with the help of professional artists, to fill gaps in Hungary. Since 2015, KristofLab - Kristóf Szabó has been a member of the Zigurate Project, which has experimented with various co-art collaborations, especially in the V4 countries (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and Norway. The artist's work focuses mainly on two themes: the cornerstone of man's identity and his environment of life. Social sensitivity is a crucial basis for grouping questions about these concepts. It covers topics such as alienation, self-image, distortion and ecological problems. The visual interactions that appear in his installations, paintings and projectors, create a real relationship with the observer and, generally, generate a special space for experiences.

Artista multimedia e cantora. Ela  Inicia sua carreira em 2016 com o lançamento do ep ABUSOS e, a partir de então, circula no mundo das artes de diversas maneiras. Ela Expôs arte digital internacionalmente na revista italiana Utsanga.it, fez residência artistica na Banff Centre no Canadá, gravou participações como instrumentista em álbuns de diversas nacionalidades e agora trabalha nos lançamentos de diversos materiais do seu projeto "quarentena" que estreou com um álbum em 2019.

LUMANZIN is a multimedia artist and singer. She begins her career in 2016 with the launch of the EP ABUSES and, since then, circulates in the world of the arts in several ways. She exhibited digital art internationally in the Italian magazine Utsanga.it, took up residency at the Banff Center in Canada, recorded participations as an instrumentalist on albums of different nationalities and now works on the release of various materials from her "quarantine" project that debuted with an album in 2019.

MANUEL JUNO (b.1999, Italy / Italia)

Manuel Juno se iniciou nas artes através do cinema, escrevendo pequenos roteiros. Mas, logo, se apaixonou pelas artes visuais contemporâneas, sobretudo, pela arte conceitual. A partir desse momento, sua pesquisa se torna essencialmente um jogo no qual o artista manipula os elementos da linguagem, seja cinematográfica, pictórica, fotográfica, escultural ou performática. Os elementos do ponto de vista, da gravidade, do jogo linguístico, da aleatoriedade, da interação com a luz e o trabalho, são os que mais o fascinam em sua própria linguagem conceitual. O estudo do gesto, o movimento no espaço, a fisicalidade e o estudo de seu próprio instrumento, são razões de paixão pela arte pictórica. Finalmente, a performance e o Happening, representam o ponto de encontro de todas as formas de linguagem preferidas pelo artista.

Manuel Juno started in the arts through cinema, writing short scripts. But, soon, he fell in love with contemporary visual arts, above all, with conceptual art. From that moment on, his research becomes essentially a game in which the artist manipulates the elements of language, whether cinematic, pictorial, photographic, sculptural or performance. The elements of the point of view, of gravity, of the linguistic game, of randomness, of the interaction with light and work, are the ones that most fascinate him in his own conceptual language. The study of gesture, movement in space, physicality and the study of its own instrument, are reasons for passion for pictorial art. Finally, performance and Happening, represent the meeting point for all forms of language preferred by the artist.

MARCELO MONTEIRO (b.1981, Brazil / Brasil)

Com mais de dez anos de carreira, Marcelo Monteiro, artista visual paranaense, já participou de diversas mostras individuais e coletivas no Brasil. Entre as individuais, destacam-se , “Fragmentos” (2015), “Rastros” (2017) e “Sob Pressão” (2019). Em sua pesquisa, aborda questões sobre as relações de poder no mundo do trabalho. Suas obras, por vezes, autorreferenciais, nascem de reflexões sobre suas próprias memórias e experiências vivenciadas. Dessa forma, a escolha dos materiais e as técnicas utilizadas para desenvolver seus trabalhos, possuem um caráter substancial. Ou seja, o artista utiliza as características e os significados dos materiais como potência poética. Desde 2016, frequenta cursos na EAV/Parque Lage - RJ onde aprofunda pesquisas e projetos sobre arte contemporânea.

With over ten years of career, Marcelo Monteiro, visual artist from Paraná, has participated in several individual and collective exhibitions in Brazil. Among the individual ones, “Fragmentos” (2015), “Rastros” (2017) and “Under Pressure” (2019) stand out. In his research, he addresses questions about power relations in the world of work. His works, sometimes self-referential, are born out of reflections on his own memories and experiences. Thus, the choice of materials and the techniques used to develop their work have a substantial character. In other words, the artist uses the characteristics and meanings of materials as a poetic power. Since 2016, he has attended courses at EAV / Parque Lage - RJ where he deepens research and projects on contemporary art.

Marco Biscardi se formou em artes visuais e cinema no NUCT Cinecittà Studios, em Roma. Participou de mais de 40 exposições na Europa, China, Antígua (Caribe) e Nova York, ganhando, em 2016, o Prêmio Nacional Italiano de Arte Contemporânea, como “O Melhor Artista de 2016”, organizado pela ArteMuseiRoma. Está presente na edição de 2017 do "CATÁLOGO DE ARTE MODERNA G. MONDADORI", o anuário que inclui os melhores artistas desde 1900. Em 2017, o artista participou da Bienal de Veneza (Pavilhão da Guatemala - Palácio Albrizzi Capello) com a exposição “Grazie Italia”. Em 2018, foi selecionado, junto com outros 9 artistas de todo o mundo, para participar do "THE ART VALLEY PROGRAM" em Shanghai, uma residência artística organizada por Icci, Tiac e Universidade Jiao Tong. O artista trabalhou em Xangai por um mês. Nesse período, participou de três exposições e proferiu uma palestra / discurso.

MARIA OLIVIA APORIA (b.1996, Brazil / Brasil)

Comunicóloga e artista multimídia, formada pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, atuou em diversos coletivos independentes da cidade de São Paulo, compôs visuais da peça “Bicho” de Georgette Faddel, apresentou performances audiovisuais no SP Na Rua (2017, 2018) e é co-fundadora de uma festa de rua que tem o corpo libidinoso como premissa.  Desenvolve pesquisas e produções explorando, sob diversas linguagens e principalmente vídeo, o conceito de matriarcado dentro da antropofagia. Temas sotunos e oníricos constelam suas elaborações a respeito do dito “feminino”. Em projeto recente: “Proposições para um começo de década de 2020”, converge realidade aumentada e publicação impressa em curadoria, que reune trabalho de mais de 30 mulheres artistas independentes e
contemporâneas.  

Communicologist and multimedia artist, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, worked in several independent collectives in the city of São Paulo, composed visuals for the play “Bicho” by Georgette Faddel, presented audiovisual performances at SP Na Rua (2017, 2018) and is co-founder of a street party that has the libidinous body as a premise. Develops research and productions exploring, under different languages and mainly video, the concept of matriarchy within anthropophagy. Sempre se interessou o alcance humano das histórias, particularmente as relacionadas com a memória coletiva, as imigrações, a luta e a desigualdade que os grupos minoritários enfrentam. Por esse motivo, há alguns anos, decidiu se dedicar completamente ao jornalismo em vídeo e foto-documentário, desenvolvendo projetos de médio e longo prazo executados em múltiplas plataformas. Estudou fotografia documental na escola El Observatorio de Barcelona e com a foto de Pau Coll de Ruido. Vídeo interativo e documentário 3.0, no Centro de Barcelona para Mídia de Fotografia e Documentação (CFD) e, Multimídia, com José Bautista (Kansei Sounds) no Institut d´Estudis Fotogràfics da Catalunya (IEFC). Nos últimos anos, realizou vários cursos, master classes e workshops para aprender sobre novas formas e tendências narrativas, como formatos transmídia, imersões binaurais e documentários interativos. Atualmente, é professor da Escola de Fotografia e Jornalismo Date Cuenta, em Barcelona. RITA MANHÃES (b.1953, Brazil / Brasil)

Artista visual, graduada pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro em 1978, com curso de extensão em História da Arte Brasileira no Museu Nacional de Belas Artes. Em 1980, frequenta a oficina de modelo vivo na EAV Parque Lage.  Pós-graduada em técnicas de ensino pela Unigranrio. Entre 2004 a 2008, participa de alguns grupos de estudos na Galeria do poste e frequenta a EAV Parque Lage. Nesse período, faz parte da oficina Antiformas de Intervenção com David Cury. Entre 2014 e 2015, faz parte de um grupo de estudos composto por 11 artistas sob a coordenação do professor e curador Marcelo Campos. Visual artist, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1978, with an extension course in History of Brazilian Art at the National Museum of Fine Arts. In 1980, she attended the live model workshop at EAV Parque Lage. Post-graduated in teaching techniques by Unigranrio. Between 2004 and 2008, he participates in some study groups at Galeria do poste and attends EAV Parque Lage. During this period, she is part of the Antiform Intervention workshop with David Cury. Between 2014 and 2015, she is part of a study group composed of 11 artists under the coordination of professor and curator Marcelo Campos. Sam Heydt passou pela Parsons School of Design, The New School, Cooper Union; Universidade de Amsterdã; Universidade de Buenos Aires e La Sorbonne. Em 2012 lançou o Jane Street Studio, L.L.C, em Manhattan, um estúdio de fotografia e direção de arte que, também, presta consultoria de design e marketing. Heydt participou de residências artísticas na Islândia, Austrália e Nova Zelândia, onde documentou diferentes formas de exploração ambiental. Autora literária, produtora e ativista, Heydt vem realizando uma série de trabalhos sem fins lucrativos. Sua arte, ancorada na defesa do social, tenta dar voz aos esquecidos, exilados e silenciados. Em sua prática artística, emprega uma variedade de materiais muitas vezes reinventando ou ultrapassando seu uso associativo. considerada uma das pioneiras do movimento Mídia Reciclada, seu trabalho foi exibido em galerias, museus, feiras de arte e festivais de cinema em todo o mundo. As imagens em camadas de Heydt combinam tempo e lugar, colidindo e mesclando gerações de possibilidades e interrompendo as relações lógicas entre ocorrências. Trabalhando em diferentes mídias, tais como, filme, vídeo, instalação, fotografia e escultura, Heydt desenvolve um repertório abstrato que traz a baila um mundo na periferia da história, que parece assombrado pelos fantasmas do passado. Através de sua maneira única de se expressar, Heydt nos mostra um mundo explorado e cada vez mais reduzido a resultados, marcado pela extinção em massa, fetichismo de produtos, recursos cada vez menores e sementes patenteadas. As incertezas e inevitabilidades são abafadas pelo barulho branco da mídia e pelas promessas vazias que ela propõe para o futuro. Combinando imagens de destruição com retratos das virtudes nascidas do sonho americano, Heydt confronta a desilusão de nosso tempo com o pesadelo ecológico e existencial.

Sam Heydt is American social practice and recycled media artist. Her academic career traversed Parsons School of Design, The New School, Cooper Union, University of Amsterdam, Universitdad of Buenos Aires and La Sorbonne. In 2012, Heydt launched Jane Street Studio, L.L.C. in Manhattan. Since established, the photo studio has broadened its performance to provide both design and marketing consultation in addition to art direction. It's growing roster of clients span Europe, North & South America, Asia and Oceania. In addition to this entrepreneurial undertaking, Heydt has attended artist residencies in Iceland, Australia and New Zealand; where she has documented different forms of environmental exploitation. A published author, producer and lifelong activist, Heydt has undertaken a range of altruistic, non­-profit work. Her art, anchored in social advocacy, attempts to give a voice to the veiled, forgotten, exiled, and silenced. Heydts’ vision looks beyond the ordinary.In her practice, she employs a range of materials often reinventing or trespassing their associative use. Esteemed as one of the pioneers of the recycled media movement, her work has been shown in galleries, museums, art fairs and film festivals worldwide. Heydt’s layered imagery conflate time and place, colliding and merging generations of possibilities, and disrupting logical relationships between occurrences. Working across different media- film, video, installation, photography, sculpture, sound and text, Heydt presents an abstract proposition for a world on the periphery of history, one that not only appears haunted by the ghosts of the past, but built on it. Through her unique manner of expression, she presents a world exploited beyond use and increasingly reduced to a bottom line, one marked by mass extinction, product fetishism, diminishing resources, and patented seeds. The uncertainties and inevitabilities of which are drowned out by the the white noise of the media and the empty promises it proposes for the future it truncates. Combining images of destruction with portrayals of the virtues born from the American Dream, Heydt confronts the disillusionment of our time with the ecological and existential nightmare it is responsible for.

É artista transdisciplinar, representado pela galeria Verve de São Paulo. Tales vem realizando, ao longo de sua trajetória artística, obras amparadas tanto pelas artes visuais, como cênicas, situadas no cruzamento entre a performance, o vídeo, a fotografia, o objeto, o adorno/indumento e a instrução. O corpo e a performatividade são motes de especulação tanto em suas criações práticas como em suas pesquisas acadêmicas. Possui graduação em Artes Cênicas – Direção Teatral pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro; mestrado em Teoria e Crítica da Arte pela Universidade do Porto; doutorado em Estudos Teatrais e Performativos pela Universidade de Coimbra. Atualmente, cursa pós-doutorado em Artes pela Universidade do Minho, sendo convidado, nesta mesma instituição, a integrar o Grupo de Investigação em Estudos Artísticos como pesquisador sênior. He received some support for artistic internationalization, one in dance and performance by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (2018), another by the Porto City Council, through the Shuttle program (2019) and another by the GDA Foundation (2019).

TINHO TORQUATO (b.1993, Brazil / Brasil)

Ator, palhaço, diretor artístico e professor de teatro, Tinho Torquato é graduado em Teatro. Licenciatura pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe e desenvolve, desde 2014, uma série de pesquisas e vivências voltadas para os “processos de criação e ensino do teatro”. Para isso, sempre utilizou suas próprias experiências em sala de aula, grupos e oficinas de teatro, além de workshops. 

Actor, clown, artistic director and theater teacher, Tinho Torquato has a degree in Theater. Degree from the Federal University of Sergipe and develops, since 2014, a series of research and experiences focused on the “processes of creation and teaching of the theater”. For this, he always used his own experiences in the classroom, theater groups and workshops, in addition to workshops.

os 16 anos, ingressa na Escola Superior de Arte da Criméia. Estuda pintura de cavalete, desenho acadêmico e pedagogia. Depois de se formar, vai para à Polônia onde começa a estudar gráficos, comunicação visual e arte contemporânea na Universidade de Belas Artes de Poznan. Realiza exposições e projetos na Polônia e o seu diploma de conclusão de curso, em 2015, é indicado entre os Melhores da Polônia (Old Armory, Gdańsk). No sequência, inicia o Doutorado e, a partir de 2017, trabalha como designer gráfica e diretora de arte da Varsóvia Pharmaceutical Company. Em junho de 2019, muda-se para Zurique, onde continua trabalhando em arte e design. Suas linguagens prediletas são: pintura, desenho e vídeo. Os principais temas do seu trabalho são espaços perdidos, imigração, conceito de lar, mimetismo, tempo e espaço. At the age of 16, she entered the Crimean Higher School of Art. She studies easel painting, academic drawing and pedagogy. After graduating, she goes to Poland where she begins to study graphics, visual communication and contemporary art at the University of Fine Arts in Poznan. She organizes exhibitions and projects in Poland and her degree in 2015 is nominated among the Best in Poland (Old Armory, Gdańsk). Afterwards, she starts her PhD and, from 2017, works as a graphic designer and art director at the Warsaw Pharmaceutical Company. In June 2019, she moves to Zurich, where she continues to work in art and design. Her favorite languages ​​are: painting, drawing and video. The main themes of his work are lost spaces, immigration, the concept of home, mimicry, time and space.
