“Time record”

The series of works "Time record" is my monologue and, at the same time, silence - the silence in which memory disappears.

The brush trace - a point - not based on anything, suspended in the space of the canvas, has become for me the beginning and the foundation of my work, the transition from non-being to being, a time segment. As a basis, point is invariably present. It is considered to be an initial element of the world and every mass present on it. The point is the basis and centre of gravity of all substances (the nucleus of any atom, body organ, organization). The point is also a medium of information, multiplied - it creates a larger unity. I collected them in intervals of work, large spots were created, and then, growing, they covered the whole area of the canvas. They had alternating energy in them - in a sense, they created a map of energy, a map of psychological time, referring to space. The canvases covered with points were put away and I created more. Only when I looked back, did I discover a greater sense in them. These works give information about my condition and my feelings. They are a record of my sense of inhibition, suspension, uncertainty about what will happen next. I felt lost. This passage of time is a reflection of my state. Creating these images was very time consuming. I spent many years creating a kind of psychological map, a time map.

A série de obras "Time record" é o meu monólogo e, ao mesmo tempo, o silêncio - o silêncio em que a memória desaparece.

O traço do pincel - um ponto - não assente em nada, suspenso no espaço da tela, tornou-se para mim o início e o alicerce do meu trabalho, a passagem do não-ser ao ser, um segmento do tempo. Como base, o ponto está invariavelmente presente. É considerado um elemento inicial do mundo e de todas as massas nele presentes. O ponto é a base e o centro de gravidade de todas as substâncias (o núcleo de qualquer átomo, órgão do corpo, organização). O ponto também é um meio de informação, multiplicado - cria uma unidade maior. Eu os colecionava em intervalos de trabalho, grandes manchas foram criadas, e então, crescendo, cobriram toda a área da tela. Eles tinham energia alternada neles - em certo sentido, eles criaram um mapa de energia, um mapa de tempo psicológico, referindo-se ao espaço. As telas cobertas de pontas foram guardadas e criei mais. Só quando olhei para trás, descobri um sentido maior neles. Essas obras fornecem informações sobre minha condição e meus sentimentos. Eles são um registro de minha sensação de inibição, suspensão, incerteza sobre o que acontecerá a seguir. Eu me senti perdida. Essa passagem do tempo é um reflexo do meu estado. Criar essas imagens consumia muito tempo. Passei muitos anos criando uma espécie de mapa psicológico, um mapa do tempo.
